Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this application.

Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use this application for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

  • Modify or copy the materials;
  • Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display;
  • Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained within the application;
  • Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials; or
  • Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server.

This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by us at any time.

AWS Amplify Services

Our application utilizes AWS Amplify for authentication, API management, and storage services. By using our application, you agree to comply with all applicable AWS terms and conditions. For more information, please review AWS's Service Terms.

User Accounts

To access certain features of the application, you may be required to create a user account. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials;
  • Restricting access to your account;
  • All activities that occur under your account; and
  • Ensuring that all account information you provide is accurate and current.

Important: We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at our sole discretion.

Intellectual Property

The application and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of CraftBuild and its licensors. The application is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

User Content

By posting, uploading, inputting, providing, or submitting content to our application, you grant us and our affiliated companies and necessary sublicensees a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such content in connection with providing our services.

You represent and warrant that you own or control all rights to the content you submit, and that such content does not violate these Terms of Service or any applicable laws.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our application:

  • In any way that violates any applicable law or regulation;
  • To transmit any material that is unlawful, threatening, abusive, libelous, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable;
  • To impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity;
  • To engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the application;
  • To attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the application or any systems or networks connected to the application;
  • To harvest or collect email addresses or other contact information of other users.

Limitation of Liability

Important Legal Notice: In no event shall CraftBuild, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the application;
  • Any conduct or content of any third party on the application;
  • Any content obtained from the application; and
  • Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

Disclaimer

Your use of the application is at your sole risk. The application is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The application is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our application after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the application.
