Account information. Your name, email address, and password, or your basic Google profile (name, email, and photo) if you sign in with Google.

Content you add. The business information you and your team put into the Service, such as companies, projects, addresses, contacts, estimates, change orders, invoices, cost codes, timesheets, expenses, signatures, and the documents, plans, photos, and receipts you upload.

Usage and device information. How you use the Service, such as pages viewed, features used, and access times, along with your device type, operating system, and browser. We use PostHog for product analytics, which can include recordings of how pages are used. Password fields are never recorded.

Messages. Emails we send for you, such as project invitations and document links, and anything you send to our support address.

Some features use AI, such as analyzing uploaded documents and suggesting quantities or prices. When you use them, the content involved (for example, a plan or document page and related project details) is sent to Anthropic's Claude models, through Amazon Bedrock or Anthropic's API, to produce the result. We use these providers only to deliver the feature you asked for.

With the people you work with. Content is shared with the members of your company and projects, and with anyone you send a document or link to, such as a client approving an estimate.

With service providers who run parts of the Service for us:

• Amazon Web Services for hosting, sign-in, data and file storage, and email (AWS Privacy Notice)
• Google, if you choose to sign in with Google
• Anthropic for AI features, as described above
• PostHog for product analytics

When required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our users and the Service.

We do not sell your personal information.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections and access controls that limit each user to the companies and projects they belong to. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. To delete your account or your company's data, contact us. We may keep some information where we need to for legal obligations, resolving disputes, or enforcing our agreements.

You can update your profile in the Service at any time. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To make a request, contact us using the details below.

The Service is for businesses and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the new version on this page and update the “Last updated” date above. For significant changes, we will also let you know by email or in the Service.
